I have submitted the payoff letter, including their name, account #, address, VIN # of the vehicle, etc. I am not asking for any personal information about the prior borrower on this vehicle. I submitted all the documentation I need to prove that Nissan provided customer service well below what should be expected and cost me (and their "customer") both time and money with their inability to fulfill their obligations properly. This response does not surprise me in the least. Nissan should live up to the promises in their payoff letter. This is terrible customer service, bad business practices, horrible communication from Nissan, and cost many people both money and time. Late fees for applying for a title in my name is $75. I paid 3 months of insurance on a car useless to me. I prepaid the shipping with a ***** account # in order to get the title. She contacted Nissan to get a notarized copy and was told she had to prepay shipping in order to receive it. When she took off work to go to the license bureau to apply, the copy of the lien release sent to her by Nissan was not notarized. After nearly 3 months of waiting on Nissan to send the title, I offered to pay for the seller to apply for a lost title with the state of ********. I contacted Nissan myself and was told they never had the title. Nothing was ever received by the credit union. The seller contacted Nissan and was told in a chat, of which I was sent screenshots, that the title was mailed to the credit union. They said they already sent it and all they could send the credit union was a notarized copy of the lien release. The credit union I used to purchase the vehicle contacted Nissan in an attempt to obtain the title. The title was not sent, although the seller indicated the title was held by the lienholder. Nonetheless, the lien release ONLY (which was not an original, notarized copy) was not mailed to the seller for at least 3 weeks with no tracking. The cashier's check for payoff was sent via *** with tracking and received on 2/1. The letter clearly states that if certified funds are sent, the title and lien release would be mailed within 7 days after the funds are received. I purchased a used vehicle from an individual who had it financed through Nissan Motor Acceptance *** A payoff letter was issued dated 1/26/23. The main difference compared to the Mac Studio is that the Mac Pro still has its iconic modular design with PCIe ports, which allows users to add more storage, extra ports, and sound cards. Every Apple Silicon Mac Pro is powered by the M2 Ultra chip, the same one available in the new Mac Studio. While the future of the Mac Pro was unclear, Apple finally introduced the first Mac Pro with an Apple Silicon chip, completing the transition of the Mac family from Intel processors to its own chips. It has a 12-core CPU, up to 76-core GPU, and up to 128GB of RAM.Įvery model features six Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, HDMI, Ethernet, and headphone jack. In the US, prices start at $1,299, while the 13-inch model now starts at $1,099. However, Apple says it was able to fit new built-in speakers for a better sound experience. Manufactured Nationwide offers single-, double-, and triple-wide manufactured, mobile, and modular home loans for new and used homes. The company is our best overall mobile home lender because it lends in all 50 states and is an expert in low-down-payment, government-backed loan programs. If it took 6 months to obtain everything including the foundation inspection and now that has just been submitted for final review, you should be very close to completion (assuming the appraisal was not done 6 months ago and now is expired - but that's a whole new issue).Manufactured Nationwide is powered by The Federal Savings Bank, a veteran owned, federally charted bank. If all the requirements including the manufactured home foundation inspection were all completed 6 months ago, something is definitely wrong. If those requirements are met, the loan takes no longer than any other reverse mortgage and so before I could give you any kind of an honest answer, I would need to know when the last requirement was met. When you say that "all the criteria is met", are you saying that the loan processing is complete, any repairs/completions to the property are done and the final underwriting approval has been given or what? A manufactured home has special considerations under the HUD rules but those are known from the start and usually pertain to the appraisal and the property itself. Homes moved from other previously installed sites are ineligible.Ħ months clearly tells me that there is something wrong.
