![]() ![]() Manufactured Nationwide offers single-, double-, and triple-wide manufactured, mobile, and modular home loans for new and used homes. ![]() The company is our best overall mobile home lender because it lends in all 50 states and is an expert in low-down-payment, government-backed loan programs. If it took 6 months to obtain everything including the foundation inspection and now that has just been submitted for final review, you should be very close to completion (assuming the appraisal was not done 6 months ago and now is expired - but that's a whole new issue).Manufactured Nationwide is powered by The Federal Savings Bank, a veteran owned, federally charted bank. If all the requirements including the manufactured home foundation inspection were all completed 6 months ago, something is definitely wrong. If those requirements are met, the loan takes no longer than any other reverse mortgage and so before I could give you any kind of an honest answer, I would need to know when the last requirement was met. When you say that "all the criteria is met", are you saying that the loan processing is complete, any repairs/completions to the property are done and the final underwriting approval has been given or what? A manufactured home has special considerations under the HUD rules but those are known from the start and usually pertain to the appraisal and the property itself. Homes moved from other previously installed sites are ineligible.Ħ months clearly tells me that there is something wrong.
